Daily Interest Rate:
A maximum of 2.47% per day on the unpaid Principal Balance until the Loan is paid in full.
Returned Payment Fee:
If any payment is returned, you may be charged a one-time fee of $20.
Late Fee:
If a payment is late by fifteen days, you may be charged a late charge not to exceed 5% of each installment due or $15, whichever is greater, not to exceed $50.
Online Installment Loan Questions
How much money can I borrow?
Delaware residents may be eligible to receive up to $2,000 with an online installment loan from Sunshine Loans. If you repay your installment loan early or as scheduled, you may be eligible for a larger loan amount the next time you need an installment loan from Sunshine Loans.
Can I receive funds the same day?
For loans funded via debit card, funds are sent to the bank account linked to your debit card immediately after your loan is approved and you accept our offer. Delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control. If we’re unable to validate your card, or you choose not opt into this service, funds will be sent via ACH deposit. Loans approved before 11:30am on a business day will typically be funded on the same day, otherwise funds will be deposited by the next business day. All funding cut-off times are subject to change. The date and time funds are made available to you by your bank are subject to your bank’s policies.
Can I pay off my loan early?
Yes, you can. There are no early payment penalty fees or charges, and you may even be eligible for a discounted payoff amount.
I don’t live in Delaware; can I still apply for an Installment loan?
To be eligible for a Sunshine Loans installment loan in Delaware you must be a resident of the state and meet the other eligibility requirements. If you are a resident of another state you may apply for any loan product offered in your state of residence.
