California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA)
In accordance with the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), Residents of California have the right to opt-out to the sale of their personal information, and to request the deletion of their personal information already gathered.
You may exercise these rights by completing the following form and selecting from the following choices: “Delete My Personal Information”, “Correct My Inaccurate Personal Information”, “Request My Personal Information Collected”, “Do No Sell My Personal Information”, “Do Not Share My Personal Information” and “Limit The Use and Disclosure of My Personal Information” under the Request Type. Please note that if you would like to select multiple options you must complete the form for each request individually.
